What our families have to say...

To all staff,
One year ago today, my cat Oscar lost his battle with cancer. I’ll always be so thankful to all of you for your kind services. I still read the poem, “If It Should Be” often. Today it was particularly meaningful. I refer my friends and relatives often to make them aware of your services. May God bless all of you.
P.S.  To whoever answered the phone today when I called, thank you so much. It was a very hard day for me.

We appreciate your care, compassion, and understanding during this difficult time. While loss is never easy, everything you did for Shibowsky and us made it more bearable.

Cherise and Brock

Dear Pet Traditions,
Thank you so much for all the tender loving care you showed to my beloved cat, Senator Moynihan, and to me recently and for your lovely card. Your thoughtfulness and compassion will never be forgotten.

Dear Friends,
I picked up my baby Macy today at Dr. Kinkaid’s in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Once again you all did a great job and I am very grateful. The way you all talked to me on the phone, and the booklet you sent me means a lot. God bless you all!

Pet Traditions Staff,
Shellie and I want to thank you for taking care of our beloved Missy. I wish you would have met her and seen how sweet and wonderful she was. She made us fall in love with her and we did all 14 yrs of her life. Your compassion did not go unnoticed. You have a special service and we appreciate what your staff does.

Thank you so much for the card you sent when Lucy went to the Rainbow Bridge. Also, thank you for your kindness from the first day we spoke. I love all the stuff that I received to remind me of Lucy.

Pet Traditions Team,

Thank you for your gentle care of my sweet, Miss Ellie! It means so much! Although I miss her every day, I know how much joy and comfort she brought to hundreds over many years. She was the best therapy dog! Thank you.

To the Staff at Pet Traditions,
We would like to say thank you for your kindness and compassion given to us when we lost Penny. It is so hard to lose a pet that has been a part of our lives for almost nine years! She was such a sweet dog and we miss her a lot.

Your kindness, patience, and professionalism is greatly appreciated.
-Steve & Marcia

Before she even had to leave us that day, we called you to take care of our sweet little Molly. From the moment we talked to you until yesterday when we picked up her ashes, you have been beyond kind and compassionate. We know you treated her well with the kindness she deserved. We can’t thank you enough for helping to give us peace.
-Dave and Vicky
p.s. Thank you for the lovely, lovely card.

Dear Staff of Pet Traditions:
Thank you for the service you provided us during a difficult time. Our MacIntosh was such an integral part of our lives and he will be missed so. Your care of our beloved pet won’t be forgotten.
-Joe, Jami, Miranda & Joshua

Thank you for every kindness in our time of sadness. Your actions will not be forgotten as we needed comfort and care.

Spencer and Family

We both wanted to let you know how extremely grateful we are to you and that we were allowed to see Mack one final time. Pet Traditions also took care of Jake in 2017. Your job is difficult enough without Covid and the care you showed truly shows there are good people still around. Thank you!
-Michael & Alison

Love for our four legged animals is a special bond and Kodiak was our special boy from day one. Thank you for taking care of him, helping us and being there for us. We are forever grateful for your amazing commitment and dedication to our pets.
God Bless,
-Shay & Ray

Thank you for all you did to help us with the passing of our sweet Bocephus.
-The Wright Family

Pet Traditions Personnel,
Thank you so much for taking care of Bindi’s remains and creating the plasters of her feet. I appreciate the care and concern you expressed for my loss. Thank you for the service you provide at such a sad time.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful care of my beloved Collin. He looked so sweet and peaceful. You were so nice, even though all I did was sob!

Thank you again.

I wanted to thank you not only for the sympathy card but also for helping us remember our sweet dog Bubba forever. You all were wonderful to work with and we are so grateful that you provide your services. Losing a member of the family (even the ones with fur) is one of the hardest things to go through. But being able to see Bubba’s paw print, nose and fur ensures that of piece of him is with us forever. I really cannot thank you enough for your sympathy, caring and services.

The Crawford’s will furever be a customer of yours!
-Josh & Stephanie

Thank you so much for your understanding, warmth, and compassion in helping us remember our precious Cleo. Your services and how you have a way of making us feel at home made all the difference in our healing process.
-Pat & Moe

Dear Staff at Pet Traditions,
Thank you for taking care of ManCat after we said goodbye to him. I am so impressed at your caring, comfort & professionalism. Our hearts are broken – but you helped ease the pain.
-Bob & Karen

I came with Kathi. She is my daughter-in-law and was there to view her dog Bubbles. I had came bent out of shape because I had felt the vets could have found a lower cost place. I was also leery of you. “Bless your heart,” without skipping a beat, you just went on being kind and respectful. I also saw how you were very respectful to Kathi. She and my son have special needs, so that alone won me over. I also took note of your kindness and care you took in helping them. To understand each step you took and why.

You made what was a very painful event in their life much more easy to bear. Above all, you showed them respect. Your kindness means the world to me. And to my kids. Thank you so, so much.

Thank you again for providing services for Jake. Steve and I appreciate your respect, dignity show and care at a very painful time. We were so glad to have you take Jake for the final “car ride.”

Steve & Pam
