One year ago today, my cat Oscar lost his battle with cancer. I’ll always be so thankful to all of you for your kind services. I still read the poem, “If It Should Be” often. Today it was particularly meaningful. I refer my friends and relatives often to make them aware of your services. May God bless all of you.

You all were wonderful to work with and we are so grateful that you provide your services. Losing a member of the family (even the ones with fur) is one of the hardest things to go through. I came with Kathi. She is my daughter-in-law and was there to view her dog Bubbles. I had came bent out of shape because I had felt the vets could have found a lower cost place. I was also leery of you. “Bless your heart,” without skipping a beat, you just went on being kind and respectful. I also saw how you were very respectful to Kathi. She and my son have special needs, so that alone won me over. I also took note of your kindness and care you took in helping them. To understand each step you took and why.

You made what was a very painful event in their life much more easy to bear. Above all, you showed them respect. Your kindness means the world to me. And to my kids. Thank you so, so much.
